formerly Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee and Employer Support Services (EESS) is designed to empower employees by offering support when facing life’s challenges, fostering individual growth and resilience. The Employee and Employer Support Services is a free, confidential service provided by your employer and is available to employees and their dependent family members. Since 1983, Family Counseling Service has been providing EESS to the employees and employee family members of contracted local employers.

EESS can help with:

  • Couple/relational conflicts

  • Challenges in parent-child relationships

  • Adolescent adjustment issues

  • Adjustment following divorce or death

  • Abuse of alcohol or drugs

  • Communication breakdown

  • Stress, depression, self-doubt, and
    relationship difficulties

  • Concerns regarding aging parents

  • Work related stress or challenges

Employee and Employer Support Service is available free of charge to the employees & dependent family members of any FCSFL EESS contracted employers.
