Strength at Home Model
What is Strength at Home?
The Strength at Home model is the only evidence-based programming nationally for those causing harm in their intimate relationships. This model uses a motivational and trauma informed approach while working through the Stages of Change and seeks to help participants obtain a better understanding of learned behaviors while still promoting accountability.
Topics include, but are not limited to:
anger and anger related thinking
conflict management
dealing with stress
communication styles
expressing feelings
Sessions have 12 classes each, running weekly.
Dates are subject to change at the discretion of the class advisor.
Registration must be attended prior to the start of each session.
Tuesday Classes 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM:

Wednesday Classes 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM:
Wednesday classes are for women only
